William Mash

William Griffith Mash, 82, of Meigs, passed away at his home on December 14, 2024.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Chapel.  Rev. David Pickering will officiate with interment to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marvin Simmons, Emmett Simmons, Ernie Simmons, Bubba Simmons, Noah Smith, and Lexie Luckey.  Born December 25, 1941 in Moultrie, GA, he was the son of the late Everett Redden Mash and Henrietta Watson.  He served in the US Army and was a semi-truck driver.  Mr. Mash is survived by his brother Wesley Mash of Pelham, a sister Annie Simmons of Cairo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
