Tommy Eugene Barfield

Funeral services for Tommy Eugene Barfield, 74, of Pelham will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Shea Glenn will officiate and interment will be in New Home Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Edenfield, Michael Edenfield, James Thompson, Nathan Randall, Eddie Helms and Robbie Sanders. Honorary Pallbearers will be Stevie Glenn, Triston Edenfield, Eathon Anderson and CJ Edwards. Born April 25, 1948 in Meigs he was the son of the late Lubie Barfield and Alene Hurst Barfield of Meigs who survives. Mr. Barfield passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 at his residence. Other survivors include his wife of 37 years, Ethel Edenfield Barfield; a daughter, Michelle Barfield; grandson, Dustin Barfield; Stepchildren, Frank Williams, John Williams (Kathy), Joe Williams (Tina), Jamie Williams (Wynette) and Mickie Williams (Tammy) and step grandson, Robbie Sanders (Jessica); siblings, Sandra Daughtry, Glenn Barfield (Charlotte), Vickie Free (Billy), Quinton Barfield (Barbara), Marion Glenn (Steve). He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Billy Barfield and stepdaughter, Kittie Williams Smith.
