Funeral services for Samuel (Sam) Sebrone Palmer, III, 64, of Panacea FL, formally of Pelham will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home.
Rev. Stacey West will officiate and interment will follow at Mizpah Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Mr. Palmer passed away March 5, 2015. Born September 28, 1950, in Perry, Georgia, he was the son of the late Samuel Palmer, Jr. and Louise Butler.
He is survived by his two daughters, Kim (Nelson) Aldridge of Pelham, Samantha (Danny) Carr of Pelham, three granddaughters, Haley Davis ( Jamie) Taylor Carr. Lexie Carr, three great grandchildren, Carlie Davis, Christen Davis and Cannon Davis, mother & stepfather, Louise and Thermon Butler of Panacea FL, three sisters, Sammy (DeLeon) Akridge of Cotton GA, Mimi Brock of Panacea FL, Laura ( Junior) Tallent of Cotton GA, one brother, Hank Palmer of Tallahassee FL and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Wisham Palmer, father, Samuel Sebrone Palmer, Jr. and brother-in-law, Clifton Brock.
Pallbearers will be Gerald Brooks, Kevin Brooks, Dan Dempsey, Junior Tallent, David Daughtry, and Adam Tallent.
