Sally Kaye Gamble

Sally Knight Gamble, 62, of Pelham passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 at Grady General Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Chapel. Rev. Mike Newsome will officiate and interment will follow at Pinecrest Memory Gardens.  Pallbearers will be Andrew Bristol, Lee Gamble, Johnny Gamble, Michael Hambrick, Robbie Hulett and Anthony Estrada.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Luckey, Bill Bradford, James Minton, Timmy Stephens and David Knight.  Born September 12, 1960 in Albany, GA, she was the daughter of the late James (Jimmy) and Jewell Daniels.  She was a member of Freedom Ministries and a homemaker.  Sally is survived by her sons, Andrew Bristol (Ashley) of Thomasville GA, Lee Gamble (Stacy) of Hazelhurst GA, Johnny Gamble (Melissa) of Defuniak Springs FL, brother David Knight (Peggy) of Loganville GA, sisters Pat Minton (James) of Calhoun GA, Ann Bradford (Bill) of Calhoun GA, Melissa Stephens (Timmy) of Pelham GA, and Stephanie Hambrick (Michael) of Rocky Face, GA, thirteen grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Mrs. Jackie Thompson.  She was preceded in death by parents, husband Dave "Pistol Pete" Gamble, brothers Kenneth Knight and Jimmy Knight and sisters Joyce Luckey and Faye Hulett.  The family will meet with friends on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 5:00 -7:00 PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.
