Robert Cleveland McPhail, Jr.

Memorial services for Robert Cleveland McPhail, Jr. 79, of Norman Park, will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Moultrie, GA. Rev. Andy Cashwell will officiate.  Born April 2, 1939 in Doerun, GA, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Myrtle Roberson McPhail. Mr. McPhail passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence.  Mr. McPhail retired as a Superintendent from the Waste Water Plant in Cornelia, GA. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Moultrie. He is survived by his wife, Helen Crosson McPhail; daughter Chris McPhail (Clayton Crawford); son John McPhail; Grandchildren Sean Gould, Cheyenne McPhail, Josh Miller (Kiana), Cora McPhail, Casey McPhail (Morgan), Ron Hogg (Ashley), and Jennifer Chase (Dallas); Great Grandchildren Phoebe Gould, Sophie Gould, Kyler Paige, Saylor McPhail, Chanlynn McPhail, Cayson McPhail, Crosson McPhail, Marissa Hogg, Maranda Hogg, Marleigh Hogg, and Kinzley Chase.  He was preceded in death by his parents; Brothers Johnny McPhail, Mike McPhail, David McPhail, Dennis McPhail, and Homer McPhail; Sisters Ethel Sewell, Evelyn McPhail, Grace Bowen, Ruby Richter, Judy King, Mary Ida Twiford, Vivian Godfrey and Virginia Browning.  In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the funeral home at P.
