Raymond Joiner Barnes

    Funeral services for Raymond Barnes, 89, of Camilla will be Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Donnie Wilkes, Rev. Jeff Brooks and Rev. Robert Watson will officiate and interment will be in Banks Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Austin Barnes, Mattison Barnes, Rodney Nahlen, Richard Watson, Tim Bundy and Robert Watson, Jr. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00-7:00PM. Mr. Barnes passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at his residence. Born October 10, 1931 he was the son of the late Timothy and Emmarisca Joyner Barnes. He was married to Evelyn Banks Barnes of Camilla for 56 years who survives. He was a member of the Pelham Assembly of God and retired Engineering Supervisor at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Survivors other than his wife include children, Tim Barnes (Michelle), Matt Barnes (Jeri), Teresa Barnes Howell (Chester), Colby Barnes (Ashley), Rodney Nahlen (Dawn) and Larry Nahlen and Many Foster Children, grandchildren, Ashlea McSwain, Austin Barnes, Abbey Barnes, Mattison Barnes, Malone Barnes, August Howell, Clayton Howell and Celeste Nahlen and two great grandchildren, Enslee and Mila Bundy.
