Funeral services for Raiford P. Miller, 86, of Pelham will be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 2:00PM at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church where he was a member. Rev's Nathan Fowler, Tim Harrell and David Pickering will officiate and interment will be in Mizpah Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Dixon, Jacob Singleton, Doyle Singleton, Hollis Cox, Jr., Yale Whigham and Clay Henderson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Colton Kirkland, Clyde White (Dinky), Paul Williamson, Annarah Richter, Eloise Hunt, Glenn Miller, Rick Barber, Rabun Whigham, Joe Williams and Casey Grant. Born December 29, 1934 in Grady County he was the son of the late John Preston and Ophelia Williamson Miller. Mr. Miller passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. He was a Farmer and Owner of Millers Country Store and Fertilizer. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia (Pat) Roland Miller of Pelham; Children, Fran Miller, Freddie Miller (Christa) and Angie Singleton (Doyle); Grandchildren, Jeremy Dixon (Tessa), Miller Singleton, Megan Kirkland (Colton), Morgan Singleton, Ashley Miller, Jacob Singleton and Jonathan Miller, Great Grandchildren, Nova Rae Kirkland, Chase Dixon and Branson Paul Kirkland. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Michael Ray Miller, and a brother, Aris Miller. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
