Priscilla Rigsby

Priscilla Rackley Boren Rigsby, 69, of Meigs, passed away in her home on Sunday, February 16th, 2025, following a recurrence of cancer. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20th, at Pebble City Baptist Church with internment at the  church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. on the same day. Rev. Ronnie Kinsaul will officiate with Miley Adams and Rackley Boren giving eulogies. Priscilla was born on August 31, 1955, in Pelham, Georgia to the late Carswell and Nelle Rackley. Mrs. Rigsby was a member of Pebble City BapIst Church of Sale City. She retIred as a designer and florist who worked at Martha’s Flower and Gift Shop for many years and could be seen at A Touch of Class beauty salon in Camilla even when she lived elsewhere. A beloved wife, mother, sister, Mema, and friend, she was well-known for giving to others, not only with physical gifts, but also with her time as a caregiver for her family and those around her. She shared her talents as a florist and designer throughout her life, and many will remember her from the weddings that she and the crew from Martha’s Flowers decorated and directed. She enjoyed shopping, ceramics, decoratIng, reading, and doing for others. She was warm and inviting, always showing love and care for those around her.
