Neva Gregory

Funeral services for Neva Welch Gregory, 89, of Pelham will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be Jamie Rice, Ronnie Crosby, Jeff Thornton, Donnie Gregory, Gene Willis and Matthew Free and interment will be in Pelham City Cemetery. Mrs. Gregory passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Glen-Mor Nursing Home. Born December 21, 1933 in Pelham she was the daughter of the late William Jefferson and Sallie Mae Scott Welch. She was married to L.G. Gregory who preceded her in death. She was retired from Goody's and a member of First Baptist Church, Pelham. She is survived by her daughters, Neva (Lanie) Singleton and Jan Crosby of Pelham, grandchildren, Jamie Rice, April Rice, Melanie Lofton, Ashley Crosby, and Ronnie Crosby and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild, Jessica Crosby, a son-in-law, Ronnie Crosby, Sr. and siblings, Albert (Rabbit) Welch, Roy Welch, Felton Welch, Alton Welch, Mattie Mae Golden and Kathleen Welch. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 6:00-8:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home, Pelham
