Nancy (Nan) Hickey

Funeral services for Nancy (Nan) Joiner Hickey, 71, of Camilla will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 2:30PM at Midway Baptist Church. The Rev. Clay Cloud will officiate and interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dallas Williamson, Ron Williamson, Brock Humphries, Ken Hickey, Randy Hickey, and Chip Ruffin. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Camilla. Born March 24, 1947 in Cotton she was the daughter of the late Grover Hershel and Eloise Cranford Joiner. Mrs. Hickey passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Tifton Health and Rehab. She was married for 28 years the Jesse Stephen (Steve) Hickey who preceded her in death. She was employed by The University of Georgia, Hickey Agri-Services Lab and most recent by the Mitchell County Tax Commissioners Office. She is survived by her children, Jesse Alexander Hickey (Tracey) of Athens; Brian Joiner Hickey of Camilla; and Nancee Hickey Knight of Camilla; two granddaughters, Carswell Leigh Hickey of Athens and Brooke Lillian Wright of Camilla and one grandson, Logan James Knight of Camilla and three sisters.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Son-in-Law, David Samuel Knight, Jr. and a Granddaughter, Shiloh Annalise Knight.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM.
