Lougenia Butler Willis

Funeral services for Lougenia Butler (Jean) Willis, 90, of Pelham wills be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home with interment in Mt. Olive Church Cemetery. Rev. Ronald Warren will officiate. Pallbearers will be Harold Butler, Carroll Bulter, Wayne Butler, Wayne Cox, Frank Stewart, Mike Martin, Larry Itson and Steve Stillwell.  Ms. Willis passed away Wednesday at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born April 19, 1926 in Pelham she was the daughter of the late John Wheeler and Maggie Mae Pollock Butler. She was married to Daniel Willis who preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, Claude D. Willis (Carol) of Albany; Ray Willis of Vada; Randall Willis (Tonya) of Pelham and Alton Willis of Pelham; and her grandchildren, Nita Cromer, Jessica Edwards, Denise Willis, Brian Willis, Gina Woods, Trisha Palmer, James Willis and Brenda Plocharczyk and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, Derrell Willis. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00PM-2:00PM at the funeral home.
