Funeral services for Laurie Smith Harris, 91, of Pelham will be Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home.  Rev. Matt Peek will officiate and interment will be in Pelham City Cemetery. Born March 24, 1925 in Baker Hill, AL. She was the daughter of the late J.D. Smith and Hattie Miller Smith. Ms. Harris passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta. She was a bookkeeper with Coats and Clark in Pelham. She was married to T.B. Harris who preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Starr Page of Valdosta, a son, Mark Harris (Pam) of Pelham, a brother Jack Smith (Irma Jean) of Pelham, Grandchildren, Jason Page, Amy Anderson, Thomas Harris, Julia Harris and Rebecca Harris, Great Grandchildren, Jackson Page, Arabella Page, Olivia Anderson, Harris Anderson, Eleanor Page, Fitz Page and Penelope Harris and a special friend and caregiver, Mae Gardner. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, and brothers and sisters, Robert Smith, George Smith, Lawrence Smith, Betty Ruth Smith, and Nell Rackley.
