Joanne Sadler

Funeral services for Joanne Jones Sadler, 79, of Cairo will be Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Pastor DeWayne Atkinson will officiate and interment will be at Union Hill Cemetery.  Born April 7, 1940 in Meigs, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Nora Lucille Hurst Jones. Ms. Sadler passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Pallbearers will be Randy Sadler, Larry Sadler, Bruce Sadler, Timothy Sadler and Terry Sadler. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy, Seth, Lil Randy, Lil Larry, Hank and Marvin. She worked for 22 years with KOYO in Cairo. She was married to Frank Edward Sadler who preceded her in death on August 14, 2020. She is survived by her daughter, Anita Sadler of Raeford, NC; sons, Randy Sadler, of Thomasville; Larry Sadler of Merrillville; Bruce Sadler of Macon; Timothy Sadler of Cairo and Terry Sadler of Cairo. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; sisters, Mary Willis, Martha Thompson, and Ann Sherman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Charlotte Sadler and great granddaughter, Angel Gancerez; brothers, Buck and Buddy Jones and sisters; Ellen Barrett and Sara Ansley.
