Graveside services for Jeanette Morey of Pelham will be Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11:00AM at Pinecrest Memory Gardens The family will receive friends from 10:30 til 11:00AM at the Cemetery. Mrs. Morey passed away at her daughters home in Lady Lake, Fl Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Born February 26, 1930 in Meigs she was the daughter of the late AC and Rosa Simpson Strickland. She was married to Perry Morey who preceded her in death. She was a member at East Pelham Baptist Church, a retired Paraprofessional with Pelham City Schools, member of East Pelham WMU and the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her daughters, Norma Lauderdale (Charles); Cathy Ivey (Reid); a son, Terry Morey, grandchildren, Kristie Brantley, Leslie Lauderdale, Brian Ivey, Josh Morey, Sean Lauderdale, Dana Rowan, great grandchildren, Callie Brantley, Morgan Harrell, Miles Ivey, Hobie Morey, Clay Brantley, Hunter Rowan, Makayla Rowan, Shelby Rowan, Lilly Ivey, Anisten Lauderdale and Brayleigh Lauderdale. The family ask that Memorial Contributions be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
