Jean Louise Bodin

Funeral services for Jean Louise Bodin, 83, of Pelham will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 11:00AM at Pelham First Baptist Church, where she was a member. Rev. Matt Peek and Rev. Leroy Williams will officiate, and services will conclude at the church. Pallbearers will be Joel, Kurt, and Luke Chaffer and Jonathon, David, Peter and Andrew Bodin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnie Palmer, Ken Newton, Rick Winters, Tommy Palmer and Keith Norman. Born August 5, 1940 in Wyalusing, PA, she was the daughter of the late Adrian Thomas and Beatrice Mae Whipple Fisk. Mrs. Bodin passed away Friday, April 26, 2024 at her residence. She was a retired Missionary with New Tribes Missions. She was married for 64 years to Donald Harold Bodin of Pelham who survives. Other survivors include her son, Mark Stephen Bodin of Pittsburph, PA; daughter, Melodie Sue Chaffer (Andrew) of Pelham; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and two sisters and numerous loved nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends an hour before the service at the church on Thursday. Services will be livestreamed on Pelham First Baptist Church Facebook Page.
