Funeral services for James Randall Sellers, 74, of Pelham will be held Monday, March 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home with interment in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.
Rev. Nathan Fowler will officiate.
Born October 18, 1941 in Mitchell County, Georgia, he was the son of Henry Cecil Sellers and Rosa Lee Sellers. Mr. Sellers passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, FL, on Friday, March 4, 2016.
Mr. Sellers was retired from Cooper Tire, a member and Deacon at Midway Baptist Church and served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann Hendley Sellers, son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Kerri Sellers, son Jamie Sellers, brothers Gene Sellers (Tina), Cecil Sellers (Glinda) all of Pelham, Evan Sellers (Mary) of Blairsville, sister Gloria Evans (Lake Park), Elizabeth Ray, sister-in-law Mildred Sellers of Marietta, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Henry Cecil and Rosa Lee Sellers, brother Richard Sellers and a sister Fanny Sellers Hall.
Pallbearers will be Steiner Sellers, Tommy Burford, Rusty Davis, Christopher Carter, Joe Evans, and Vann Sellers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rufus Cain, Marcus Anderson, Sam Pollock, Les Pollock, Ricky Pollock, Shelby Hickey, and Randall Poitevint.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM on Monday, prior to the service.
