James "Jim" William Houston, 72, of Camilla, Georgia passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Northside Forsyth Hospital in Cumming, Georgia. Born on August 12, 1941 in Sylvester, Georgia to the late John Edward and Janey Ledia Mims Houstin, he was the owner and operator of H & H Pest Services. He was Baptist by faith and a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Barfield Houston of Camilla, Georgia, daughter Natalie H. Brown and husband,Chris, of Pelham, Georgia, granddaughters Brooke Brown and Ava Brown, both of Pelham, Georgia, brothers John Edward Houston of Albany, Georgia, George Ray Houston of Sylvester, Georgia, two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents John Edward and Janey Ledia Mims Houston. There will be no formal visitation held. Memorial services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Camilla with Rev. Neal Hager officiating.
