James Hardy Daughtry

A graveside service for James Hardy Daughtry, Sr., 69, of Hawkinsville formerly of Pelham, will be held at Pinecrest Memory Gardens on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Sarah Godwin and Ronald Daughtry officiating.  The family will meet with friends for 30 minutes before the service.  Born March 5, 1951, he was the son of the late Robert Junior and Grace Cooper Daughtry.  He was a retired maintenance mechanic with Tyson Foods. Mr. Daughtry is survived by his wife, Charlotte Gibson Daughtry, one son James Hardy Daughtry Jr., (Renee) of Macon; one daughter Amber Elizabeth Meza (Eric) of Bonaire; four grandchildren, Tyler Kyle Daughtry, Hailey Alexus Daughtry, Gabriella Emily Meza and Avary Elizabeth Meza; three brothers, Bobby Daughtry (Carol), Roger Daughtry, David Daughtry (Tina); and two sisters Merle Cravey (Alan) and Rhonda Layton (Wayne).  He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Larry Benson Daughtry, Howard Dewayne Daughtry, sisters Anna Fern Shirah and Donna Lynn Daughtry.
