Foy Shiver

Foy Hilton Shiver, Sr, 80, of Camilla, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025 at Savannah Court in Camilla, GA.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00PM at Macedonia Church Cemetery.  Born June 25, 1944 in Pelham, GA, he was the son of the late Byron Manning and Altee Hoover Shiver.  He served in the United States Navy and worked in security for Savannah River Nuclear Power Plant.  He is survived by his son, Foy Shiver, Jr.(Hthr) of Gadsen, AL, and his daughter Kristy Gibbs (David) of Tifton, GA, grandchildren Scarlett Nichole Shiver, Megan Christine Gibbs, David Bennett Gibbs, Glenda Sue Butsch and a special friend and ex-wife Elaine Shiver of Nashville, GA.
