Faye Norton Palmer

Funeral services for Faye Norton Palmer, 91, of Pelham will be held Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 2:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. Nathan Fowler will officiate and a private family interment will be held at Mizpah Church Cemetery. Born April 7, 1933 in Grady County she was the daughter of the late Charles Curtis and Ruth Trotman Norton. Mrs. Palmer passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. She was married to Dewey Trevor Palmer who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Gerald T. Palmer (Cheryl); two daughters, Nancy Dean and Wanda Pfeiffer (Orson) six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and a brother, Leon Norton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Michael Palmer and brothers, Charles, Windel, Tommy Norton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00-2:00PM. At the conclusion of the chapel service family will have a private graveside and friends are invited to meet them after at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church for a family gathering.
