Estie Carroll

Funeral services for Estie Drawdy Carroll, 92, of Thomasville formerly of Pelham, will be Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Meigs Sunset Cemetery. Rev. Franklin Russ and Rev. Stacy West will officiate. Mrs.Carroll passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born December 17, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Clements Drawdy and Zubie Allegood Drawdy. She was a member of Meigs Baptist Church and worked as a Floor Supervisor for Warner-Co.in Thomasville.  She is survived by her son, Cecil Glenn Carroll, Jr., of Pompano Beach, FL., sister Lynelle Alligood and a brother Wayne Drawdy, both of Thomasville, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cecil G. Carroll, Sr., son Ronnie Carroll, sisters Kathleen Cain, Nettie Myrl Roberts, and Elaine Robison, and a brother Tommy Drawdy. Pallbearers are Rodney Drawdy, Ronald Alligood, Jason DePlato, Michael Drawdy, Jake Davis and Gene Willis..  Honorary pallbearers will be Ladon Drawdy, Terry Roberts, Lanny Robison, and Gary White. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home.
