Donald Wilton Trull, Sr.

Donald Wilton Trull Sr., 76, of Meigs, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020. Services will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.  Rev. Steve Singletary and Rev. Craig Singletary will officiate with interment at Meigs Sunset Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joseph Apieler, Michael Jenkins, Craig Singletary, Jody Singletary, Todd Brock, Jeff Gay, John Reynolds, and Virgil Jones.  Larry Trull will serve as Honorary Pallbearer. Born June 21, 1944 In Pelham, GA, he was the son of the later Olan Benjamin Trull and Marynetta Iona Nesmith Wilkes. He is a member of Living Hope Church, Cairo, and worked in sheetrock before retirement. Mr. Trull is survived by his wife, Janice Mercer Trull; sons Donald Trull, Jr., and Shane Trull; his mother Iona Wilkes; sisters Etoye Dixon, Elaine Simpson, Melinda Singletary, Linda Gunn, Dorothy Roach, and Karen Suber; brothers Jerry Wayne Trull and Larry (Peanut) Trull. He was preceded in death by his father Olan Benjamin (OB) Trull and a daughter Monica Trull.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, one hour prior to the service.
