Deloyd Butler

Albert Deloyd Butler, 81, of Pelham passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home. Funeral service will be Sunday, May 30, 2021at 2:00 PM at Willis Jamerson Braswell Funeral Home.  Rev. Ricky Griner will officiate with interment to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Joshua Kitchens, Jay Birdsong, Drew Birdsong, Nathan Gay, Garrett Gay and John Dozier.  Born January 14, 1940, he was the son of Tom and Eula Ruffin Butler.  Mr. Butler is a member of Pelham First Baptist Church. and retired from the grocery business.  He is survived by his daughters, Angie Jones (Ben) of Pelham, Lisa Kitchens (David) of Pelham, Wendy Gay (Jeff) of Camilla, and Cindy Tucker (Bill) of Griffin; one son, Lane Butler of Pelham; eighteen grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brothers John Butler, David Butler, and Thurman Butler.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Marvin Butler, Jack Butler, and Quinton Butler.
