Graveside services for Cynthia R. Smith, 64, of Pelham, formerly of Suisun City, California, will be held Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Rev. Lowell Layman will officiate. Mrs. Smith  passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Willson Hospice in Albany. Born September 6, 1952 in Long Beach, California she was the daughter of the late William Oliver Ballentine and Garnett Hostetter Ballentine Fry. She was married to George Smith who preceded her in death. She is survived by her sisters, Linda Palmer (Neadom) and Judith Ballentine all of Pelham and Rebecca Williams (Lee) of Napa California and numerouse nieces and nephews.
