Cleveland A. Bozeman, 87, of Pelham, Georgia passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at his residence. Born in Thomas County, Georgia on March 4, 1927 to the late Doss and Sarah "Sally" Meade Bozeman, he was a retired superintendent of maintenance for Waverly Minerals. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pelham and a member of the Civitan Club. He is survived by his wife, Fay Bozeman of Pelham, Georgia, daughter Ann B. Cochran and husband, Dicky, of Boston, Georgia, son Dusty Bozeman and companion Belinda Smith of Ochlocknee, Georgia, grandson Travis Carlton of Pelham, Georgia, stepsons Curtis Carlton of Thomasville, Georgia, Lamar Carlton of Villa Rica, Georgia, Wayne Carlton of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, granddaughters Wanda Hancock and husband, Jeff, of Ochlocknee, Georgia, Nancy Newbern and husband, Keith, of Naylor, Georgia, grandson Josh Carlton of Kennesaw, Georgia, five great grandchildren, brother Buck Bozeman of Pavo, Georgia, sister Wandall Shirley and husband Donald of Albany, Georgia, and sisters-in-law Belma Bozeman of Pavo, Georgia and Theressia Hussey of Pelham, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doss and Sarah Meade Bozeman, brothers Odis Bozeman, Elery Bozeman, Bill Bozeman and sisters Hailey Bozeman, Winfred Green and Gladys Redding. No formal visitation will be held. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Pelham with Dr. Beau Cooksey officiating, assisted by Dr. Steve Wooten. Pallbearers are Kennith Hussey, Keith Newbern, Eddie Redding, Jeff Hancock, Doug Riggs and Toby Green. The honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class of the First Baptist Church of Pelham. Interment will take place in the Little Ochlocknee Baptist Church Cemetery.
