Funeral services for Cathy Buckner Wondnell Mejia, 58, of Pelham will be held Sunday, December 31, 2017 at 3:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Arnold Buckner will officiate and interment will be in Meigs Sunset Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hoyt Buckner III, Shane Buckner, Hoyt Buckner, IV, Tyler Burkett, Billy Sellars and Austin Singletary. Born August 27, 1959 in Lakeland, FL she was the daughter of the late Arnold “Shorty” Buckner, Sr. and Vivian Wondnell Carroll Buckner. Cathy passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Archbold Memorial Hospital.  She was a CNA with Life Care of Winter Haven. She is survived by her brother, Arnold Buckner, Jr. (Libby) of Pelham; sisters, Maxine Moore of Berlin and Janet Rodriguez of East Machais, Maine. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Doug Buckner. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the Funeral Home from 2:00-3:00PM. Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home, Pelham
