Catherine Tinsley Harrison, 88, of Cotton passed away Thursday at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. Neal Hager will officiate and interment will be in Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Born June 3, 1928 in Mitchell County she was the daughter of the late Vonnie and Verdie Belle Bentley Tinsley. She was married to the late Arthur Brown (A.B.) Harrison for 71 years. Pallbearers will be Scotty Martin, Wendall Tillery, Stephen Bullard, Christopher Bullard, Jonathan Martin and Grayson Tillery. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Camilla. She is survived by her daughters, Eunice Irene Weems (Gerald) of Phoenix City, AL; Debbie Herring of Columbus; Grandchildren, Jenney Wingate Spivey of Columbus; Scott Martin of Albany; Wendell Tillery of Leesburg and Whitney Hall of Leesburg; and 10 Great Grandchildren and two sisters, Betty Stanland and Jean Griner. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and brothers and sisters, Dean Key, Buck Tinsley, Bobby Tinsley, Winfred Tinsley and Geraldine Taylor.
