Funeral services for Bradford Devon Hurst, 74, of Meigs will be held Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 3:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerald Horne will officiate and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Thomasville. Services will conclude in the chapel. Born August 24, 1943 in Meigs he was the son of the late Edgar and Dixie Bullard Hurst. Mr. Hurst Passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at his residence. He was retired from Bulloch Farms. Honorary Pallbearers will be Neil Hurst, Daniel Hurst, Danny Burgess, Jordan Hurst, Tyler Woods and Christopher Melton. He is survived by his daughter, Marie Ragan of Meigs; sons, Devon Hurst (Kim) of Meigs; and David Hurst (Melissa) of Thomasville; Grandchildren, Jordan (Taylor), Tyler, Morgan and Katelyn (Dalton); sisters, Francine Melton and Shirley Jenkowski and brother, Enoch Hurst. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00-3:00PM.
