Betty Conners

Funeral services for Betty Jean Simpson Conners, 84, of Pelham will be held Monday, March 31, 2025 at 3:00PM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Craig Foister will officiate and interment will be in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brad Conners, Chad Conners, Cody Singleton, Dusty Tuggle, Brian Harrell and Josh Parker. Born September 9, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Bud and Susie Simpson. Betty passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025 at her daughters home in Bainbridge. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Pelham. She was married to Robert Speck Conners who preceded her in death in 1999. She is survived by her children, Lynn Hurst (Steve) of Meigs; Kevin Conners (Fran) of Bainbridge; Tangie Conners of Pelham; Randy Conners of Bainbridge and Missy Harrell (Brian) of Bainbridge; 19 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her daughter, Susie Wisham. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 3:00-5:00PM.
