Funeral services for Bertha Shirah Humphries, 73. of Camilla will be held Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11:00AM at Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home. Rev. Ed Green will officiate. Born March 30, 1951 in Columbus she was the daughter of the late Walter and Grace Miller Brimberry. Mrs.Humphries passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Freedom Worship Ministries, Pastor Mike Newsome. Survivors include her husband, Warren Humphries of Camilla; son, Alvin "Bitt" Shirah (Amanda) of Camilla; daughter, Miranda Weaver (Jeff) of Oklahoma and son, Shannon Humphries (Terri) of Texas; grandchildren, Dani Monk (James); Kaylee Brooks (Dallas); Kayla Ballangee, Joel Humphries Cole Weaver and Eowyn Weaver; great grandchild, Tinsleigh, Waylon, Lincoln, Bentley, Emma and Ellie and a sister, Glenda Hopkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Alvin Shirah, sister, Sandy and brothers, Eddie and Andy. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00AM on Thursday.
